Organizational Expansion

We have reached the first of many numerous phases that will develop the organizational infrastructure of the Alarius Imperium over the coming years ahead. In this phase, we will form the first squad of the association and choose it's squad leader. As we progress further into development more squads will form and more leaders will be chosen. We will also from time to time advance a member further up to be in command of more than one squad at a time. This of course is on an entirely optional basis and these positions have requirements which must be met on a regular basis in order to be kept.
The chosen squad leader will be promoted to the position of Prelate, and with this comes certain responsibilities, as well as a degree of access to our member management database. This access will give the Prelate the power to invite other members into their squad, view other member's information to a slight degree(more in the case of members that have accepted invites), and augment their squad's identity.
These features are currently being developed however, and are not yet fully functional at the moment.
The Judicators will make a final determination as to whom will become our first squad leader. If any member is interested in the position, I suggest they engage in communication with me to inform of that so that they may be considered.
On another note, I would like to extend a warm welcome to our newest members: Zetir, and his wife Neit.
Zetir has show incredible potential, and what I think is die hard loyalty to the common goals we all share.

Recruit Influx

They are all Templar, but with their already displayed skills will most likely climb the ladder very quickly. We're glad to have you guys and I look forward to a rewarding experience in the realm of Darkfall with you all.
I'd also like to take this opportunity to let everyone know that I am making signatures for the guild, and am willing to do so for just about anyone. I need a subject, a background, some color preferences, and any other information you'de like to provide.

First things first, I would like to welcome and congratulate our newest Judicator to the team:
Stabula! Stabula brings with him a lot of experience in the MMO genre and has been the key member in other successful guilds. He will be working with Shock and I to make Alarius Imperium all that we want it to be. You can discuss it further

In related news, I would like to welcome our newest members: Nemesis (Executor), Weeman (Prelate), GothicFlame, Wolf711, BugattiVeyron and Gatorfan (Templar). All of these new members are gaming friends of ours from previous games, so welcome boys! Glad you could be a part of our new team :).
In other news, I am still working on getting our website up to 100% functionality. We will have a comprehensive members page with the capability for each member to create their own pages with a biography, character info, pictures and much more. That is all for now, I wish the best to everyone!

Posted on 2008-12-18 20:57:40 by ShockThis is a definite recruitment phase. We're attempting to fill positions and get the ball rolling on this one. I certainly hope that we can find some quality recruits over the coming month's time before the release of the game. We'll want a head start and a solid in-game presence at launch. If anyone is at all interested, please enter the forums and register with us.
We're going to develop a fair, enjoyable community for all of our members.
